SCHOOL PROFILE

IDRAC is a French private institution with 7 campus sites: Lyon, Montpellier, Paris, Nantes, Toulouse, Nice and Grenoble.

The board of Directors is advised by 29 executive examiners who come from different disciplines and 14 international external academics are members of the Scientific Steering Group. With 45 years of experience, 30% growth these past 3 years and over 5 000 students, the school has today established a solid reputation.

On an international level, IDRAC has developed strong collaboration with 90 partners in 37 countries ranging from:

  • common research projects,
  • accommodation of international PhD students,
  • student & staff academic exchanges,
  • joint/ dual degree awards.

 The strength of IDRAC is to combine theory with practice:

Business acumen, internships, group work and projects provide our students with the knowledge, expertise and life skills required for developing professional competence. Each semester, our students join one of the 2,500 companies in our network to undertake positions of responsibility that meet our academic criteria.

Today, 17 faculty members actively contribute to developing our research focus “refining business models” thus intensifying our connections with the business world.

IDRAC students are tutored by faculty members to build self-confidence, as well as leadership and entrepreneurship skills to prepare them for the world of international business.

AN AMBITIOUS AND INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL ITINERARY

IDRAC offers a portfolio of business programmes strongly oriented towards marketing and management. They include pathways fully taught in English.

Full time programs:

  • A 3-year bachelor program
  • Master degrees
  • MBA program

+

  • An intensive business summer school (with or without Applied French)
  • A gap year program to prepare international students for French “Grandes Ecoles”

All curricula are based on central themes such as :

  • The development of one’s personal skills, autonomy, open-mindedness, the ability to evolve and adapt to change as well as learning to be managed before becoming a manager,
  • The development of skills by acquiring work methods as well as academic and professional know-how,
  • A customized itinerary which leads to one’s professional integration by assisting students in their professional and personal projects,
  • The choice of occupation and a field of specialization,
  • A weekly schedule of approximately 18-20 course contact hours in accordance with international standards.

SELECT YOUR CAMPUS

We offer this attractive possibility to study on 7 locations in France. In each city we have built medium-sized campuses allowing students to work in a friendly environment, fully equipped with amphitheatre, computer rooms, library facilities (with online resources), visio equipment and virtual desk.
