IDRAC prides itself on the high professional and academic level of its teaching staff
The main goal of IDRAC’s teaching staff is to work towards developing knowledge in the field of Management Science.
The professors at IDRAC are both teaching specialists and researchers. Most of them are doctoral students or already have their doctorate/PhD. Their fields of research are included in the teaching programs of the Business School degree course.
The affiliated professors are professionals (certified public accountants, managing directors, consultants . . .) and facilitate the transfer of knowledge directly linked to the business and socioeconomic world.
As for the language and civilization professors, they participate in the development of the international dimension of our programs.
Such highly qualified teaching staff contribute to the international recognition and reputation of the IDRAC network schools.
65 partner universities worldwide enable us, via a teacher exchange program, to offer a top level international course of studies.
In order to meet the requirements of the French Department of Education and the laws concerning Higher Education, as well as the requirements of different international accreditations such as EFMD et AACSB, the recruitment of qualified professors is a strategic priority and particular attention is also paid to the recruitment of professors from different countries.
